About 25 minutes, the pork comes off, wrapped in a double layer of foil then back on........the bark tastes fantastic.............briskets beginning to look right, when they come off they'll look like a shiny lump of coal......

Nice. If you were closer...;)

Story on the smoke/trailer?

Began life as a 250 gallon propane tank, built by a local craftsman in the late 80's commissioned by one of our Church members, given to the Church in memory of her deceased husband......had not been used much until I got into this a few years ago, since I have used it a bunch....builder has since died. has a brass plaque stating this on the tongue end. Very good cooker.

I was trying to think of a polite way of saying it...but since I couldn't come up with anything polite  I'll just agree to agree with splitshot who agrees with Rusty :grinpimp:

Seriously: It looks like some good eat'n smoked meat! I would have said 'your meat looks good enough to eat' but somehow that just doesn't sound right

You inspired me to take some belly out of the freezer! And its sitting in brine awaiting its trip through hickoryland on its way to bacon-ville.
