For sale is my 1995 1FZFE with factory diff locks. 99.99999% rust free (minor scratch on roof only surface)

3 years worth of lanolin undercoating performed. underside is 100% rust free, body and frame.

factory option Enkei auto activity roof carrier w roof lighting/ wiring on hella roof lighting is not complete, wires are ran but never got around to building relays. rear hella matador high mount reverse light is functional
dealer option full sized rear ladder for wheel carrier models
ZEAL 3" Suspension lift w/ adjustable panhard rods ect~
new milestar patagonia M/T 35" tires on Bradley VZ 16x8.5 wheels with full sized 35" spare tire (have matching 5th spare wheel will put on)
DIY rear drawers w interior lights on hatch
Recaro Ergomed seat, exit side is torn/has leather patches to stop it from being worse.
Toyota steering wheel from a hiace or something forgot which i pulled off of. horn is relocated to a button
Dash is crack free
Dents on rockers
Lots of new OEM parts replaced in the last 6 years of owning, runs and drives flawless
Needs:
exhaust leak @ o2 sensor bung. studs are rusted and need to be removed and replaced. o2 sensor is fine
right rear parking brake cable is either stretched or parking shoes need adjusted. vehicle sat for a bit on vacation and cable stuck or stretched idk
Needs a battery since its been sitting for a couple weeks and i foolishly changed the winch fairlead and killed the battery trying to pay winch back in.
Birfields are in O.K shape, starting to weep. Truck comes with a full Toyota OEM birfield seal kit.
Aftermarket oil pressure gauge stopped working properly. Changed the sending unit and still just doesnt read right. Always reads 104 psi. Needs either a new gauge, or factory oil pressure sender re connected to cluster harness.
Has average toyota rear main seal leak
If i forgot something i appologize, i have my hands full with a rusty 70 series and moving which is reason for selling.
asking 11.500 or best offer. need sold before Nov
