On my 1974 they are M8x1.25. 6 of them.
I bought stainless steel allen head bolts/washers for mine. I might have had to tap them out to the next size - wrench is in the glove box.

I ordered one of these so I can start replacing the ‘in danger’ nuts/bolts easier instead of driving to Lowe’s every time. Now I can replace stuff with stainless as I go and just order exactly what I need.
