This is all in light hearted humor and I get the wife gathering more intel on such a huge purchase. We don't know the back story and for all we know the hubby is a shameless money waster and she's sick and tired of it I'm guessing the sale went through, I hope?
So what you're saying is that 1 more pre sale kit became available
The funding struggle is real.
When the turbo kit really started to look like it was going to come to fruition I waited till we were on a long grade fully loaded and brought up the topic to the wife. We had talked about the SC option before and its unobtaniumism (sp). She’s on board and said I could purchase with the tax return this year. Well, being a somewhat responsible individual at certain times of my life I bought her a truck with said return and decided to sell the dual sport to fund the endevour. But with the cross country move who knew that trying to register a vehicle in a new state with the title and current registration in hand would be SO difficult. #IH8COUNTYOFFICES

I use to end up owing every year, joint income was too high based off standard deductions. So I decided to start claiming single and zero again. Yes, I know I am giving the government an interest free loan. But they're going to get THEIR money from YOU one way or another. At least this way I get something back.
And before we get this thread moved to P&R, what's the latest hourly SITREP on when the dyno results will be in?
I got hammered on taxes so that's why I need to wait on the house to close. I got back so much less this year, like more than the cost of this kit vs last year.
Not a stupid idea. I bought a zero turn for $4k 5 years ago, heavy gauge steel and a good design and motor. I knew it would be the last mower I'd ever buy. I could of bought it outright but they offered me a policy through a 3rd party where I make monthly payments and it cost me nothing or close to nothing, just did a credit check. Might of been a $50 fee or something. It helps the garden center sell stuff. I imagine something similar would put this turbo over the hump for paycheck earners quickly. In the United States where most people can't handle a $600 medical emergency it would be a business fit.

AMEX offers something similar on my card and presumably others (although presumably not the green card and such?): "Plan It". Now normally the total fees for a purchase like this over 2 years would be about $1000 (so ~8% APR just doing simple math), but at least for me, they waived the fees so it's like a 0% loan. I'll always take advantage of a 0% loan just for the financial flexibility! Not sure if the waived fees is a universal thing or they're just trying to entice me into trying it, but worth checking into if you're an AMEX cardholder.
And as long as you pay off the rest of your monthly purchases + the monthly payment on your "Plan It" purchase, you don't incur any finance charges.
i know banks do personal loans that you can make payments on and the % is probably lower than paypal ever will be... no need to go through all the work to set up with paypal or the like. your customers probably have a bank or a credit card...
Joey if you see 15 declined attempts, blame my dumbass bank who kept marking it as fraud, AFTER i called to preapprove it
Time to look into gauge wiring options. Definite Boost or a PLX combo and innovate wideband in an integra 2 gauge a pillar pod.
Need to figure out if we can tap into the dimmer circuit on our cruisers. I hate bright ass gauges at night.
