Big day today doing Black Bear pass from Silverton to Telluride. To quote Crusha in an 80 with so-so brakes, "that was the scariest thing I have ever done!" Serious shelf road with a pucker drop, and unbelievably tight switch backs

Fine gourmet Italian dinner in the canyon of Ouray Co not bad. Stumbling onto a small cask bourbon distillery leaving town with Cameron Diaz look alike lead singer with a garage band Priceless!

Last day with successful meet up with Tracy at Outlaws Saloon in Ouray. Tracy clocked 556 miles on the Trooper clock for one dinner, night by the campfire and one 16 mile pass crossing from Leadville to Alma on the way out. Great effort and great to see him. Second photo may be our entry for Toyota Trails cover photo but they accept usually accept Landcruiser stuff only.
