I upgraded to slcFJ62's wiring harness and all was well for a few years. Then recently I noticed that the center two hi beams on my 62 had blown a fuse in his custom fuse box. Trouble shooting wasn't going well so I pulled the entire custom harness out.

Before directing my attention to his harness I plugged in the lights and noticed I am blowing a 15A fuse for RH side lights.

When selecting headlight position at the wheel the switch turns on lows, highs, and momentary highs on the left side lights which don't have a blown fuse so I assume that the switch inside is good. Fuse box in unmolested and has no aftermarket wiring tapped into it.

I tested each headlight independently and they all work when connected directly to 12V.

I tested the fusible link with a multimeter and continuity looks good.

Can a fusible link show continuity but still be bad?

Read up on this post and the ones linked to no avail. Headlight troubleshooting thread

What's the best way to systematically check from here? I assume I have a bad ground somewhere on the passenger side.
