Also have been thinking on the pipe connection from air filter to the turbo. Did anybody install a dryer vent type of hose (obviously something stronger and flexible)

If so where did you get such a hose? Any other ideas?

I've got about 5 inches in front of the turbo before I hit the power steering line (which could be relocated in theory)

Marry X-Mas everybody:

First start of turboed 3B. No muffler just 12 inch down pipe for now

Quick update on state of the union. Turbo is running great for the last 15K km. Had to make a custom heat shield but otherwise it works great. Also had a light bulb burn out on the dash so went ahead and replace them with LEDs.




Also making a sleeping platform that I want to be really light weight and easily removable.



The whole platform weights under 10 pounds at the moment
