Really nice to meet you all. Terrific trail facility they have there at Big Creek. Here are a few pictures from the phone, I'll see what I can get from video later and post up.

Jealous!! Looks like y'all had a great time!!

@RedHeadedStepChild, how did you make it out? Everything turn out OK? I have a new cell phone number, so while John V talked to me, idk if you had my new number.

My pics aren't making it over to the computer yet - I'll post some later.

Jim and Sarah and I camped out Saturday night and hit URE Sunday. I will say this...The gravel roads inside URE claimed a LOT of tires Sunday. Jim and I plugged 3 on an Explorer in front of the gun range. Talked to a guy at the Outpost who lost 2 on his tow rig while leaving, and we heard about 2 others with flats. It seemed to be the gravel itself that was doing it for the most part.

But that was chump change compared to the guy who rolled over in the mud pit on Saturday! I wish we'd have seen that.

Yeah, I left you a VM, but later got a text (from one of your co-workers?) saying you had a different number. All's well, thanks to you a @Roxx for the phone-a-friend lifelines.
The poor old girl is 2WD drive currently -this seems to be an epidemic in my garage. I've got some work to do before Logan's run.

Need to especially Thank @JohnVee and Sarah for hanging in there and laying on the ground -again- to get covered with CV grease, and also for the top notch 1st aid. The doc said it would have been 3 stitches had I gotten my dumb a** into the hospital last night, but now it will have to heal on its own. Though she said with the good first aid and thre nice sharp knife, its clean enough that it'll heal up just fine.

I'll try to post up a few pics tonight - last night I just wanted to unpack and hit the hay.

Wow Jim, sounds like a rough weekend. We have a few stitch kits, surgical stapler and scapel in our first aid it for just such emergencies. Even a little mother's helper to ease the pain from the stitches, although I would not recommend driving for a bit :)
