What do we need to do? Pick a Saturday, ask Scott if available, if yes publish it here and go? I can get it started if that's what we need, may need to pay up front for the 10 minimum trucks, I can do that too. I would like to get one this spring and one in August.
I don't know if there is a protocol - I tend to doubt it. If you want to pick a day and tell Sarah when we're going, I'm sure she'd be happy to simply add it to the calendar. I'm game for an August adventure. Like @JohnVee I will commit financially whether I can attend or not. Looking forward to it! Looks like a good time out there.

Okay, will see if 4/18 is open. Anyone in? 5/9 works too for me. Maybe both? Will reach out to Scott Fields.
5/9 is GSMTR, most of the Low Country guys are attending.
4-18 is a workday up there on the trails in Uwharrie.
Was helping a class up there today and I had to sneeze the entire time. Surrounded by Jeeps.

Yeah! I am in for August. The 4/18 5/9 days are not available, so asking Scott for days in May or June. I can reserve the day by paying the minimum and whoever can come is welcome, $35 per truck. If we get 9 more, it pays for the event, if we get more, we pay Scott directly per truck.

May 23 is open, anyone can make it? Also June 20th, I can do both.
June 20th is a workday up there on the trails.
May 23 is highly possible for me as I will be headed to NC for work the following week. August or another date this fall may work. I suggest picking dates father out in the year due to:
- Big Creek availability/conflicting with ONSC already schedule events & work days
- ONSC members availability and ability to plan/schedule it
I can commit to August, but I'm likely out for May... That's Memorial Day weekend and my wife has some Honey-Do's that involve tearing out a 50+ year old bathroom and possibly rebuilding the foundation under the tub (the wall and floor tiles around the tub are all cracked and gapping, so I'm nervous of what we'll find).

I talked to Scott and we are booked for August 29th! As was already stated in a prior post, for those interested, we can camp out (no fee) across from the Outpost at the UORTC (Uwharrie Off Road Training Center) Friday and Saturday nights.
