No offense, but your buddy must have not done it correctly. Been in many SOA cruisers that drive great. There are right ways to do it and wrong ways. But you'd find all the information needed here.

Fair enough. I'm looking to turn my rig into something more capable off road. Lockers front and back, bigger tires and more clearance etc etc.
