Selling my 1994 FZJ80 Toyota Land Cruiser with ~162,000 miles on the speedometer. This rig has been well maintained and is looking for a proper home. 1FZ-FE motor will run forever w/ proper maintenance. Highlights, upgrades and recent repairs as follows:
  • Factory triple lockers
  • Custom Technique Vehicle Outfitters full roof rack w/ ARB awning and moonroof opening
  • New Dobinson 5100 shocks
  • Ironman 2.5” medium heavy lift
  • NWTI front bumper w/ Warn M800 winch
  • 4x4 labs rear bumper with swing outs/spare tire mount
  • Rear tailgate storage door
  • RCV Ultimate CV Axles Upgrade (30 spline 300M Shaft)
  • White Knuckle Off-Road rock sliders (DOM, 20 degrees)
  • Clean interior - cloth seats in excellent condition (no tears/rips) protected by custom Carhart seat covers
  • ARB Diff Breather
  • ABS professionally deleted for better snow-wheeling
  • New LT285/75R16/33” KO2s at ~159K miles
  • Radius Arm bushings serviced/upgraded w/ Slee caster plates
  • Cruiserheads will appreciate the antenna up/down motor is functional, along with all power windows and cool A/C
As of September 2025 the below completed at Technique Vehicle Outfitters:
  • New Fullriver Full Throttle F27 Battery
  • New window seals
  • Brake fluid flush/refilled
  • Upper & Lower Engine Oil Seals/Gaskets - PCV Valve/Grommet replaced, oil pump gasket R&R (new oil pump gasket, engine crankshaft seal, timing cover gasket, oil pump cover screws)
  • Front Axle Service:
    • Knuckle/birfield rebuild using Sumo Gear rebuild kit
    • Replace inner axle seal
    • Replace trunnion and wheel bearings
    • Drain/fill differential
  • Transfer Case Body Mount replacement
  • Shock replacements: front/rear w/ Dobinson IMS shocks
  • A/C recharge - yes it blows cold!
  • Oil change w/ factory filter and Rotella T4 conventional oil (15w-40)
  • Low Idle Inspection results:
    • Vacuum leak inspection, no leaks
    • Idle air control valve inspected, no issues present
    • Timing chain checked
    • Compression/leak down test resulted in no issues, all working normally
    • Cam & distributor timing checked and in sync w/ timing marks (all lined up)
    • Water temperature/O2 sensor replaced
  • 4WD Inspection: checked steering, suspension, drivetrain, frame structure, checked diff fluids F/R
  • Prior owner replaced/fixed/upgraded between 110K-150K miles:
    • Radiator
    • OEM Toyota head gasket kit, thermostat and all cooling hoses (all gaskets on top end such as intake, exhaust, emissions etc. replaced)
    • Fuel line and heater hose
    • EGR system and injectors cleaned
    • Exhaust and cylinder headers cleaned/surfaced w/ new valve guides
    • High clearance catalytic converters and Magnaflow muffler added at time of header upgrade
    • Every heating/cooling/vacuum lines replaced including the PHH
    • New loom, fuel line, FIPG, fan belt, spark plugs
    • They also added some of the upgrades listed above
Essentially this Cruiser has been baselined already so you don’t have to. I only used it on remote FS roads and never seriously crawled with it, although it is plenty capable. It was our camping rig, and if you want the CVT tent can be included (zips to awning). This cruiser is ready to rock and looking for a new home to use it for the rest of its yet-to-be-realized long, long life. I am the third owner, and have full history records from the prior owner. While I've had it, its spent its life in Denver exploring CO, and then driven back to Bend, OR. The paint is fading in spots for sure, but otherwise she runs like butter.
