Another driven to the trail rig bites the dust. that leaves Joe and I.

Cant wait to see how the Mini turns out!

And not wanting to store the trailer, haveing to drive a fullsize truck evreyday, maintaining the trailer which always seems to need work when you want to use it, the tow rig needing work.... Had a trailer queen in college, been there, got the t shirt, back to driving my junk to and from the trails and loving it.

The tundra makes a pretty sweet daily driver. Very roomy, plenty of cup holders, and I can now watch movies while driving. Plus if I spot something sweet in someone's garbage I can toss it in the 4ft bed

Hardcore mofos that don't trailer are a lot like hard core mofos that ride their motorcycle all winter.

They talk a lot of s*** but it really mostly comes down to a lack of options.

No, it's flat out a choice, nothing to do with lack of options. I had three different diesel tow rigs. Two different trailers. s*** got old and boring.

Plus, it makes me maintain my s*** better so it doesnt fall apart before it makes the trailhead.

Until I go to a toyhauler, I'm not towing.

Thats half the adventure! It was fun blasting up and down the hills of SD at 80 with the ac blasting and the temp gage firmly in the middle.

Much respect for the guys that drive their hard core wheelers to & from & wheel them hard.
I choose to tow now.
Spent many years driving my junk to & from and daily driving it. Made every trip to work feel like a wheelin trip.
Agree with Rome, love driving my Tundra as a daily driver. And am not ashamed to be a tow guy with a trailer queen.
Like Joe said, it's a choice & I choose to tow now, I gots my reasons. Pleased with my choice.
Tow guys lives matter.
Driver guys lives matter.
Can't we all just get along?!?!

Ohh what am I chopped liver?

Sad to see the 4Runner go but excited to see where the mini leads.

I would not go back to driving the Tacoma on trips. I don't miss having to draft semi's to go 75 and pack the truck like a Tetris master to go camping. I love driving it around town but s*** gets old on the highway.

I intend to still have the ability to street drive if needed. Can't be trailing that sh.it down from badlands campground into the park.

I think they renamed that access road "gatekeeper" because Me, Hoff and John saw someones sh.it break there before. Needless to say, they were done for the weekend!

Mine is street legal still....mostly....sorta.
Still has plates and insurance, for now.
I don't really drive it much on the street, cept from camp to the park. Was nice in SD to drive to the trail heads tho, so I'll prolly keep it legal. Also to drive it to the car wash from my house and stuff.

Mine is still street legalish. Lights are the main issue, but hope to make it more road friendly over the winter.
Also for the guys driving, they do have Johns runner as an emergency way out. Hasn't it been pulled off the trailer and drove home when someone else broke? Or did I just dream that happened one time.
