Ha! That’s what that water logged glass was full of the next morning! I will blame it on exactly what you said....

How much was the WB Saffell and how is it?
Saffell is the bomb! Mix of 8, 10, and 12 yr Turkey. I've bought it for $49 here and close to $40 in TX. A little pricey but worth it IMO.

Good to hear as I got a bottle in NYC a few weeks ago at shop owners recommendation for $60. Haven't opened it yet. Pretty pricey for such a small bottle but I decided to splurge!
My go to lately has been Ancient Ancient Age, a Buffalo Trace product that has same Mash Bill recipe as Blantons.....apparently been around forever and quite inexpensive but hard to find. I've discovered several stores around Atlanta that have it consistently

@jasonbraswell Good luck!

I am not driving to Montgomery to stand in line. Hell, might as well just drive to the distilleries instead. Guarantee to have a better time!

I went to one of those in Madison last winter. Stupid! People camping out in tents days in advance. Like black Friday chit. I ain't playing those games

Making some good Turkey friends on the internet. Look at these samples I got in the mail. The Cornerstone is releasing this month at $175. Very snobby... Tasting but glad I didn't have to buy. It's not worth it, but it is very good.

^^^ Yeah, very cool!

It's Friday night, and my wife and I have made a tradition of having a long island...1oz each of gin, triple sec, vodka, tequila, and rum (all "clear" liquors, plus sweet n sour and a splash of coke). Good way to catch a buzz / end the week...
