Yes, Since that steering box is moved rearward further than typical that upper frame will crack within a year, I would add a 3/16" plate from the left frame horn about 6" towards the middle, and box the through hole that the box goes through the frame. HTH John PardiIs it just me or does the cut-out for the steering box in the crossmember look scary.....
