If anyone has ever seen Hathorne Ridge Apartments in Oxford, half of them are the same design. The other half are a modular design that were built in sections in a factory and then assembled on site. And no, they are not mobile homes.

Anybody got a DVD I can borrow?

i got ya covered on the dvd...i think there are a few shots of them jamming on the porch....I think

I know what apartments you are talking about. They used to be on that little access road behind the softball field..they were commonly refered to as the "Ewock Village." I think they have been torn down.

Damn, they tore down Ewock Village? What is the world coming to? Where are all the little Ewocks living now?

I had a couple buddies who lived briefly in Ewock village- I spent some summer school nights there getting into bad things when I came home from Annapolis. Good times in those little huts- if those walls could talk...... So, Lash, is the one your dad built still on Beanland?

Too cool!

its still there...

Yep. 1313 Beanland Dr. AKA "The Roundhouse" is still there.

I had not heard that Hawthorne Ridge Apts (Ewock Village) had been razed. Can anyone confirm that??

We might need to put together a road trip:

Oxford to see 1313 Beanland Dr, Introduce guys to Ole Miss
Memphis to see Graceland, Beale Street, That Military Vehicle store, what else??
Clarksdale to see the "Crossroads" where the blues was born
Other ideas?

Maybe we could do some recon on a wheeling site near PicWic Lake in NE MS??

I always wondered why people wore t-shirts from other bands to concerts.

TJK

I wore a Asia tshirt to a Van Halen concert one time. Drank fence post Miller's waiting for the Coliseum to open.
