I may know of one...I need to see if the guy is selling or if he just parked in his driveway recently when he finally got a new ride. 2002 (last year of the 3rd), Sport Edition, Thunder Cloud color and about as mint as I've seen. Its the exact same as my beloved built 3rd Gen that I mistakenly let go and regret daily.
Also, don't you have a 3rd gen ripe for re-hab behind your shop lol?
I do not, but I towed in a nice limited 4th gen the other night, that would be a good canidate to get back on the road. That one may go to my god daughter. We will see. I have not heard from the owner yet.
I gotcha....the time or two I've been behind your shop there was a rusty 3rd gen sitting in the weeds that looked like it had seen far better days. I'm sure the frame was just as bad as the body...
Nah, that is a buddy of mines. We have been doing a little bit at a time on it. Need to do a TB and WP and get it washed!

This isn’t the ‘02 I was speaking about yesterday (I’m still checking on that one) but the guy that owns Fortune Auto lives in my neighborhood. Always has interesting stuff out in his driveway. Saw this 3rd gen Surf this morning and thought of you Rob..would be nice if it was for sale!
