Back when I had access to a printing facility with endless amounts of paper at the school library, I downloaded and printed the entire Factory Service Manual for an '85 Toyota.

Google "factory service manual 22r", find a good downloadable link, and print it all out. This will come in handy for all the unusual querks you will find with this truck. They are bound to pop up.

There is a 85 4wd yota pick up at pull a part in Byram. It looked like it had most of the parts when I made the failed attempt at removing the power steering box. It even had a camper topper.

I am looking for a light weight brush bar with winch mount and a camper top.

just got back form the pull-a-part. that camper shell is pretty trashed but thanks for the tip. havn't been to one of those i a while. security worse than the airport. hand stamp, photo id. $2. entry fee. not the way it used to be.

I went to one here in Memphis yesterday and felt like I was at the airport. I guess some big corp. outfit is running junk yards now. That place was packed also.
