Already planning for more :)

Baja is amazing, I have been a bike person for years but when the first trophy truck rolled into San Felipe and onto the Old Purticitos Rd, I was hooked.
I was hoping for a quiet trip but that day/night we had one fatal chase truck accident with a extremely critical crew member, it was over 4 hours before definitive care arrived and 6 plus before she was back at UC San Diego, then that night further South there was a pit fire that burned a driver, and crew member, the Co-driver rescued the driver who inside the burning car. Both burned patients were flown North to UCSD.
I liked Mexico, the people were good, I felt safe and it was a great place, cant wait till next year.

Was a long tough race. We got all three of our bikes across the finish line. 410x came in second in class and 2x and 14x came in 6th and 7th. The amputee guys were amazing.

I've been adding more updates, including a little more info on the accidents mentioned above.

Know more than your co-workers about the Baja 1000 at the water cooler tomorrow!!

Baja claims another one

Ran into this guy defacing the door at Buenaventura's outside of Mulege. Rumor has it he was spotted later that evening at Gordita's in Guerrero Negro.

 I have a feeling he will be returning to Baja. :D

We leap frogged you guys from La Paz to San Ignacio on the way back. Woody had the same giant grin on his face every time I saw him.
