Set Crankshaft Sheave to Small Dot on Cover.
Cams Moved to "T" Mark on Engine - Relaxed Camshaft Position.
Removed Belt Tensioner - Then Belt.
Put new Belt on Upper Camp with Marks on Belt aligned to "T" Mark
Had to slightly Adjust Crankshaft Sheave to get Dot on Crank Sheave to Line up with Belt Crank Line.
Then did 2 Rotations of Crank Sheave using 22mm Socket to TDC ie 0 Mark.
Belt aligned with Crank Sheavs as Shown - Notch in Sheave is aligned with Mark on Engine.

**Notice Right Cam has no Belt Lip - Left Camp has Belt Lip

Like most things in Life Timing is Critical - else next is Valve Job.

Belt last Changed - 5-22-12 at 91,620 Miles

Truck Currently at 230K Miles = belt has 139K Miles and Roughly 14 years.

IMHO this belt has a Lot of Life Left.

Some hardware was Rusty and was Ruined when Removed.
Inside of Plastic fan was caked with Dirt.
Everything else was found Conforming.

Coolant passages inside the Motor are Spotless.
Change Coolant/Antifreeze every 5 years and it prevents other Problems.

Noticed a Spot on Driveway.
Noticed Driver side Front Frame Tube Wet.
When Brake Pedal Pushed there was a Fine Mist of Fluid From the Coil in Brake Line.
Map Gas and Kroil on the fittings Broke them Loose. Fittings on Brake Tee are Toast.
Brake Line at Tee Busted off - was in Bad Shape.

Ordered Both Side of Components.

Will arrive 10-11AM at Stealership - 24 Hours Delivery - Magical to be Honest.

Will do Passenger Side when Back from Vacation.

**It was Brilliant on Lexus to Run the Passenger Side Brake Line Above the Engine instead of Under. It's Right on the Firewall if Ever Needed.

**If you Rig is Rusty I highly Recommend looking at your Brake Lines.
Doing Lines at your Leisure is way better than being Surprised in Backcountry - or Buy a Plug that you can put in Master Power.

**Completely Spray Brake Lines with Fluid Film - It's easy to Remove in Future with Brake Cleaner.
An ounce of Grease Prevents a Pound of Rust.
