Here, they have FROZEN STRIPS that cook in a PAN for Chrissakes and they give you hardly ANY meat...

Back in the day...we used to drive cars back to Omaha from Chicago (Cicero actually) for my uncle who used to hustle cars from the car auctions there. He used to take us to the best hole in the wall spots in Cicero: The best Italian Beef sandwiches I have ever had...like you said, or sorta: Its just play food out here. I was so hungry for some real Italian Sausage I ground and stuffed some up yesterday...

If you get the chance...Portillo's hot dogs and roast beef...carsons ribs are EXCELLENT, and LOU MALNATTI"S PIZZA!
The pizza is good, but if youve ever experienced Lou's AT THE RESTAURAUNT...its a little disappointing!
