I'm curious....

What changes have you made to the included wiring?
Basically just simplified it to where now power comes out of the interior fuse box making it simple to work with the key on or off.

What vehicle speeds does this help? My issues seem to be around 30-55 mph hill climb situations. At highway speeds I think there is enough air being forced through, and I don't seem to have issues at low speeds/idle.

EDIT: I see now it is for under 30 mph and idle situations.

Sounds like you need to mod your fan clutch. Search fan mods by toolrus for clutches that work in the Arizona heat.

Will this kind of wiring work for this?

I had a similar issue & it turned out to be a plugged up radiator. After replacing it, out of curiosity, I broke open the old one and out came a horrendous amount of rust & scale and what looked like sand.

I also had issues with the temp redlining when idling with the a/c on in 90°+ heat.

I would also note that is was advised to replace the water pump at the same time, as the radiator must come out in order to do that, and most wouldn't want to do that job twice..

Does the new plug and play setup come with wiring/connection diagrams for the electrically challenged?

Im back for a couple days give me a call to get you up and running or swing by and Ill give you a hand with pictures for others. :grinpimp:

Thanks! Actually I forced myself to think for 15 seconds and figured it all out. Actually not difficult at all, and that's saying a lot for my eletrical ineptitude . I am actually looking.forward.to the AZ heat! ;)

Glad to hear

this just actually popped up on my radar about a month ago. I went to the river and driving on sand that seemed to be fresh out of the oven and seen my temps were nearing 205. when I shut it down when I got to the river my overflow started pissing coolent. low speed in the sand needs more airflow...
