A delrin or Nylon, would be fine, and not a milled part if it's a cylinder, must be turned, give me an idea on which part it is and I could have my teenager make one

Not sure if this is of any help, is this the part you are after? There are some additional numbers that came up on Google other than 35738.... if so, looks like they are used in the Tercel as well?

My shop is down, I had a flood, and relocating, stoner property manager did check all the water pipes and froze some and they burst
