You've never heard of "Deep Woods Off"?
I just transfered my Tuffy box from the BJ, I noticed I had a bit of bug spray in the truck, which is all in the HJ now. Here's the count: 2 spray cans of Muskol, 1 spray can Deep Woods, 3 100ml pump spray Muskol and 2 100ml pump spray Deep Woods. I don't like being skitter food. I pretty much keep the kids lathered up as well.

..and lots of it. But the problem really was it was prime 'skeeter time when we rolled into camp. Then with setting stuff up, all the doors wide open getting in and out, truck and tent filled with mosquitoes.
And I do mean filled.
I'm not a huge fan of having anything burning inside where I'm sleeping, not that we remembered to bring any citronella/coils/etc anyways.

what is the story on whipsaw so far. how many people are going, where are we meeting, etc... I dont know where it is or even where to go to get there. is there a schedule we are following or is everyone doing there own thing, and just mmeting at a camp site. in which case where is that site.

Sorry Craig, I found out that I am not leaving town before Whipsaw so I can go. As usual I am scheming a trip out of there to some other areas after the first night. I know there are some (the Polish team) interested in heading out of Lodestone and exploring with different camp spots each night. I just have not finished routing a trail.

Stinger UV15

I have a Stinger UV15 (from Costco) in my garage for little flies that seem to hide from the sun during warm days. I can't say how it works in the bush against skeeters, but it is not very effective in killing those little annoying flies I have in my garage.

So where is the club going?

If I remember from last year, the bugs are bad, but no where near as bad as they are in the North West Territories, Thanks Jeff.

Well we are back, I am going in the front way, we will be leaving Thursday, so I guess we will see yous on the trail.

Paul K is interested in meeting us Friday morning on Lickman Road at the Timmy Hortons. He would like to know if anybody is interested in going from the Coquihalla Tollbooth directly to Lodestone Lake. He hasn't taken that road before but wants to try it. If you are interested, call Paul or ask me for his phone number.
