Here's the key:

"Julie breast fed Berkley all over Moab in the FJ40"

My wife will be at home :)

I'm considering it. Will make the call closer to time. Would love for her to enjoy it. Start taking her to CO with me if so.

Unless y'all's trucks are mangled, the factory door seals do a really good job keeping the water out.

I've had my 60 in a raging river splashing water just over the hood and had very little water make it in. Minuscule amounts.

The 80s and 100s should be even better.
Done multiple crossings in TN with no snorkle. Only a few crossings did water seep into door sills, but it was minor. The real killer is when you discover weeks later that water has rusted out your starter & destroyed your wheel bearings. YMMV :p

First crossing in this video, my rear axle left purchase and cargo end started floating.

Man, I love the Cove. Here's that same crossing. This truck was a few inches taller than mine. He's almost across and past the deepest part. I had it coming over my hood a little (thank you bow wave). No snorkel here either.

I felt my ass end getting light too and begin to spin me around. It was a little spooky since Andy was taking us across at dark and the water was flowing pretty swiftly.

One of the trips out there, water got in my throw out bearing and froze overnight, leading to its seizure and eventual destruction.

I won't do the Cove if it rains as much as it did that week prior and into the weekend.

Thats a great looking trail. Where that be?

It's just outside of Chattanooga. Beautiful.

Imagine having the UTBT at Tellico.

Nice....DNP. I love seeing these mileage numbers since I love our 100 so much.
Yeah, me too. It may break in half tomorrow, but right now, it doesn't use a drop of oil between changes (and it's still on 5W-30), and the engine is as quiet as ones I've had with 30,000 miles. I may be tempting fate making those kinds of statements, but Rob and I have looked it over really good, and everything seems to be as it should be......

Nothing special. Just "one of 'em." Took off the Slee sliders, took off the factory roof rack, and painted the rear bumper black. Other than the small lift and wheels / tires, pretty much stock.

Got some more stuff planned............

I've got a set of MetalTechs I like better. Prolly put those on......

Funny, I much prefer a spare carrier on them. In fact, I've been trying to figure every way I can to add a rear tire carrier to it, but unfortunately, Slee says it can't be done (read, it'll likely be a PITA to do it). Right now, I'm riding spareless, so I gotta figure that out before May...

One of these days we will have a 100...
