Me too, let me know what you find...also am looking to tag along on a couple of the Overland Challenge pre-runs in March/April, get some familiarity with the area. Probably going to do that.

Some of those places look like what we did in 2010. I am down with that but no deep water if so then I will be in 62.

I wasn't planning on asking him to come, just picking his brain about the best routes. He offered to let a couple of us tag along on his pre-runs so we could get familiar with the area.

And...no way I personally am crossing water higher than my airbox...

Looks like me and Ryan are gonna do a run with him March 14. He says unlimited # of trucks, so if anyone wants to tag along or ride come one. This will be up in the Ft Smith area. We are gonna run up there on Friday, wheel with him Sat, spend the night up there picking his brain, then head back early Sunday and explore routes in the Ouachita area. Maybe run a couple of the ones from that Google Earth download. Goal on Sunday will be to try and find a couple good campsites and routes for us to use on our run.

Give me a meeting place on Sunday and I will meet and run that route with you. I will bring chain saws also. I can't break away Sat due to daddy duties.

FYI right now I'm finding way more stuff north of I40 than south. Don't know why but not having much luck getting anything detailed in the Ouachita Nat'l Forest area. Tons of stuff up in the Ozark Nat'l Forest...

Yes north of 40 the terrain changes drastically. If you need a place to crash in hot springs on way up or back you have a place here.
