Has anyone out there seen this type of wheel??
It is a 15x10 cast aluminum. It has no name or number stamped anywhere.
I have a set of four, and looking for a spare.
My local used tire and wheel guy went out of business a few years ago, and no one has been able to identify it.
Looking for a name or number so I can try to find one.
Any good detectives out there???

Do these fit a FJ40?

Sorry to hijack this post but do these fit a FJ40? With disc brakes and no spacers?

I have a similar model on my 40 but not quite exact. they are made by american racing wheels. Ford put something similar on early model explorers. I've been looking for one for a spare and haven't found it yet either.

There is a store here in Englewood (denver suburb) called performance wheel and tire. They had a huge selection of used and new rims. I have a discountinued set of blades that I couldn't find anywhere and I went there and was able to get a 5th rim for a spare. If you can't find something locally, send them an e-mail.

I have a similar-loking set of wheels that came on my BJ74 from Japan. Cast aluminum that looked similar to common wheels found here, but with the next-to-impossible to find proper 3.5" backspacing for a Land Cruiser. G&S has a catalogue that listed off-shore wheel prices and my wheels ended up costing something crazy (I think it was several (maybe 5?) hundred dollars USD a piece)!! Needless to say, I purchased wheel locks as soon as I found out, and my plans for finding a matching spare went out the window.

When the cash flow flows a little more freely in the future, I think I'm going to go with 16" steel rims.

Nice excuse to show off a photo of your FF rear axle hub...:D

Yes they will fit my FJ-40. They have a 3.75" backset, so i will be using a 1/4" spacer on all wheels.
The flange is almost 1" thick, so I had to find extended mag lugs to fit.
I will try contacting performace wheel and see if they can help.
Thanks,

not stamped on the backside of the rim, you might have to break a tire off to see if anything is in the inside?

I have never seen that rim, i sent an email to my wheel and tire guy to see what he says.

I still think it is one from the lower tier brands, the finsh and the way the holes look make me think this is a budget type wheel. I'll show the pic to a few wheel dealers I know up here and see what they think.

Good luck,
Nik
