This is just MEA, which is commonly found in windshield cleaning fluid. It's also used to treat hemorrhoids. Injecting MEA causes ulceration and fixation, preventing the descent of the hemorrhoid into, um, open air. In layman's lingo, it "shrinks" the roids.

'soaping' a fountain in Daytona, Florida is a felony now.

If you use dish soap (and several bottles of it) you can get something like this.

if you use something designed to make foam, and 20 gallons of it, you get 10' of suds that completely envelopes the fountain, and about 20' of the surrounding terrain. This was Kingwood, TX last year.

Unfortunately, it will kill the grass, but while it lasts, it's glorious.

WOW ..............i will get these wipes for the next outdoor crappening, soon as the hemroids start eating grass again i simply wipe them off and poison them. ;-)
 
Sorry, but the active ingredient in (US market) Preparation H is phenylephrine, not MEA.

Phenylephrine is the same thing as what they use In Sudafed, and other OTC decongestants these days.

It’s not as effective a decongestant as pseudoephedrine, but the crackheads can’t make methamphetamine from phenylephrine, so we all pay the price.

Yup: swollen/inflamed nasal/sinus tissue and swollen/inflamed hemorrhoids: similar OTC treatment.
