Anyone else crack an early pedal hanger?

In the 45 this morning for another linkage refurbish, and when I pulled out the hanger to weld up the wallowed out holes, what do I find:

Is this because you have a lead foot?

I love seeing well used things ... it reminds me to check mine to be on the safe side

I thought about welding it. But since I have a lifetime supply of early pedal parts, I just grabbed another bracket and welded up the wallowed out holes in it.
