Headed to Mt. Aetna today (Sat.) around noon. Anybody interested we are meeting at the Hales bar Marina exit off I-24 (Halestown).
i wish i could but i have too much to do this weekend. plus my junk still isnt running right.
Are ya'll going tomorrow? If so, when/where?

Im in for this one.
I would like to go (sunday)..if you guys can give me a time and place to meet. Something that would show up on a GPS? AT tires OK for this ride?.... I swapped the AT's on the truck until I can get the new R&P installed.

Most of the trails are light - medium, one trail i wanted to ride is more difficult. I had to use 4w low most of the time, more rocky than muddy. My AT's did fine. Let me call the park office to make sure everthing is open still. They open & close that place so much due to hunting schedule, weather, etc. Keep you posted.

I called and there are a few roads closed but we should be ok because Haley Rd. is open. The entrance for Haley Rd. is off Hwy. 27 between Powell's Crossroads and Halestown.

Since you are coming from the downtown area, why don't you meet me at the BP station on the corner of Signal Mtn Rd and Mountain Creek Rd, say 12-ish?
