The washer that's pressed into the alternator mount has popped out (Wether it's supposed to to that or not idk) and I can't get it back in to refit the alternator anyone got any tips on how to do it or is there a tool that will do it.

Use a C-clamp

FWIW, it's a sleeve, not a washer.

Measure the bracket bolted to the engine that the alt mounts to.
Make sure that piece sticking out is not meant to be sticking out.

That’s a brass bushing I would guess that’s why you can’t remove the washer🤷‍♂️
^^^ This
If you can't maneuver a C-clamp in there a nut & bolt and a big washer should pull the bushing in

That's a floating bushing. It's meant to move in and out to clamp the alternator tight regardless of discrepancies is casting variations.
Use a little penetrating oil and free it up tapping or clamping. All that I've encountered were steel so you can abuse it.
