I just got a quote from TROA for "some parts". I asked specifically for a price for (2) sets of door headers, and (2) windshield channels, I provided the attached photo/markup. I received a message back that the "3" parts I want are $600 + $150 shipping. I'm uncomfortable moving any further forward with this, in fear I ask them to double my order, and end up with paying double, but still only receiving "3" parts......
After going back and forth with Columbia and spending nearly all day on phone/chat with "tech support" overseas on some computer issues, I'm ready to bend over and pay any premium required for ANYTHING that comes with English as first language customer support.
