I have not been able to find the rear window gasket (center) and have been told it is NLA.

IIRC @DomSmith posted he got one from SOR last year. I have a mint condition one I pulled out of my 45 two summers ago when I put my sliding window in.

FWIW, I also have an NOS boot for the dimmer switch if one is needed for a sample.

Here are a few that i thought of.
-windshield vent flap
-bib light wire to housing boot
-turn signal rubber that goes between fender and turn signal
-rubber oval that goes on the lower part of the fire wall ribs. Wiring harness runs through it on drivers side and positive cable runs through it on pass side
-rubber wedge, boot that goes between the chrome shift stick and the black linkage rod on steering column for a 3 on the tree shifting
-rubber piece that is under the wing window on a FJ45 LV. it goes between the door and the window frame

Those are just what I need and I agree with every one of them! Thanks. BTW, the first kits should be here Monday so I can check them out.

Hi Dan, I just thought about this little gem. OEM part number: 17848-60030

It's the rubber gasket that goes on top of the OEM single barrel SD40 and the D40 carburetor, Then the air cleaner on top of that. I would need at least 5 or 10. I would think that this is a rubber part that every SD40 or D40 single carburetor owner would need. It's been NLA for a long while.

Thanks,
Mark

Where'd you get that one Mark?:grinpimp:

From you of course! I don't know of anyone else who has any. This is why we need them remanufactured. There is a lot of the single barrel carbs out there. I think the need is big. Come on Dan, lets get this one done as well.

I would need a few as well.

I received 3 kits Monday, 2-45 & 1-40. Of course they are not complete but they are something I can work through. The quality looks great!

The wings I got are for '75 and newer. They said it was a mistake and many of the parts that are supposed to be in pairs came alone but so far everything looks great. The under windshield rubber fits very well but that is all I have been able to test so far.

If anyone needs the newer wings give me a call, the first is free if you test them for fit right away. I have no newer doors to try them on. I also have the door complete package for a '75 and newer if someone wants to try those for me, hopefully the same person...

For the rear fixed cab slider I would need an example to have it made. Anyone have one in bad shape that is good for measurements?

I am making good progress on these and I hope to have the complete early kits also very soon.

For those of you wanting the FJ55 kits I am afraid I would need everything for ezamples, I sold my 55 a few years ago. Or if someone local has one I can buy cheap?

For the carb spacer I would need a perfect one, it could be old and no longer flexable, even cracked. Anyone have one to sell me?

Dan, I'll give you a call tomorrow. I have one.

Dan

I am out in the desert at the moment. I am reasonably certain I still have the last torn one I took off the lwb. I will check Monday. If it's there, it's yours.

Do you still need a donor gasket for the fixed top FJ45 SWB rear sliding windows? I have two that are in a rear panel section that are cracked but mostly in tack. I have them lathered up with Go-Jo to attempt to soften them up in the hopes of getting them out in one piece. Let me know. Once I get the windows and gaskets out, the panel will be up for sale or trade if anyone is looking for a replacement panel.

Thanks,
Mark

Well since your thread reads "ANY", how about SWB fixed cab - split window rubber?

I have samples that could be had........

Are you talking about the twin rear split windows or the single rear split window? I should have a sample of the twin in a couple of weeks but nothing for the single.
