I used this kit. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/sum-380457-sh/overview/ You will need a metal blade on a skill saw and a pop rivet gun. The fan blades need to be inset half way in the shroud. First buy a Hayden heavy duty fan clutch and fan. Then after mounting it, measure things out. I also used the old fan shroud to draw the lines to be cut. Well another chapter in land cruiser history has closed and another has opened. Sold the 80 today. Bitter sweet if not more of a pale ale event. I want to thank everyone that helped me out on this project. I learned a lot from everyone. I got an 82 FJ40 in the deal. So see y'all over in the 40's section.
