Ohm'd out an extra harness I had and put it on. No luck. Calling the tow truck Monday to take it down to a shop.

Yea, I'm trying not to let it bother me. All this electronic "stuff" is a 2 edge sword. I actually dreamed of pulling the drivetrain out and putting in a 6bt, 47h, atlas. When I woke up, I gave it some thought.

Man, I'm sorry I don't live closer. I have that scope I used on mine and I learned a lot. There was a "dirty" signal on one. I think I still have the pics up.

I'm wrapping up the engine bay tonight! I'll take a pic and post it on my thread when I get a chance. AC still good. I had to insulate and foam wrap the heck out of the condenser.

Yea, I wish you did too!!! It makes me want to buy EFI so I can get into depths this. Did you just insulate the lines to the condensor? Got pics? I think next spring I'm going pull the evaporator and clean it.

And a pair of twins right? (turbos) :D. Sorry to hear about your pedal issues... I almost went the DBW route but Jon at PSI recommended against it. I do like the cleaness of the DBW though... Good luck man!

I think by the time I get it fixed, I could of converted it to DBC. If I keep having problems with it, I just may do it. I think I would need TB, pedal, cable and hardware, and new harness (maybe).

I think there are even trigger converters that would convert the early to late, or the like. Do a quick search to find out. He's correct on the pin switching. AFAIK, the o2 sensors and crank trigger are your main concern, and just getting the 0v,signal, 5v into the TPS sensor. Going this route would also give you a few other options as well.

i believe the harness can be reused by switching out the pins on the green plug to match a red harness.

sucks that you are having problems. who did your harness and pcm programming?

PSI harness and the PCM. Then i had a local tuner performance tune it.

Update:

I R&R'd the pedal sensor and no luck. So I just trailer'd over to my mechanic to see what they can figure out with the computer diagnostic stuff they have.

Stay tuned.... Film at 11...

Got my baby back and it runs great!!! It ended up being a loose wire in the throttle body connector. The tech pulled them all soldiered them up. He also said he was getting all the correct readings with the key on position and the engine not running. When he started the engine the voltages would fluctuate. Guess what driving to work tomorrow!!!! to Ralph at Buda Automotive!!!!
