I just cut the air lines to the rear air bags though. If you're planning to go back to stock you wouldn't want to do this so that would be more difficult. Also, there's a trick to get the tab that's holding the rear air bag in place. Learned from @DanKunz to take a wrench and go between the frame and body to push it out. Fronts were pretty straightforward. I did it all alone as well.
