There are flaws in the body work, that is where I saved money by doing it myself. Bought a long board and a comfortable stool.

Sprayed Upol on the plywood floor to help seal it better. Gonna repaint the roof black then buy beer for six guys and put back on the tent.

Yes, I have another set of TJ flares but were too big. looking for some others now.

Had to take out the front glass, out didn't survive the build.
Used 3/8 plexy glass, painted the back black to make the front shinny. This will be my sticker holder

Trailer looks great.

Maybe you could find a hood that has lots of rust on the leading edge and cut it back to line up with your existing bodywork. Box it in and create some storage.
