How do I download from Mega without having to pay them over a $100 subscription? Any other sources for buying a FSM that is complete and is something I would own be pay a subscription for?
Keep in mind that is a collection of lots of FSMs. If you only need a couple for your specific rig there are other downloads out there.

You should be able to download via the slower, free method.

It has to "transfer" the files in 4-5gb batches. The wait time is ~6hrs between these batches.

Then when it is done, you can download the whole thing.
What’s the free method? I’m using a MacBook if that makes a difference. Mega is stating have to use their Mega app downloaded app and it only allows 5GB download threshold before making you pay. Are there other verified sources to pay for am OEM FSM for my 2015 LX570? If so, link please.

Try the Resources section; everything there is free. I have no idea why people pay for manuals.

If you need one that isn't there, LMK.

Thank you for letting me know about the Resources; that is super helpful. I went through all of the listings and was able to find a wiring diagram for the 2006 100 series LC, but not any of the general service manuals for that year and make. Is this something you have? Thanks again!

The 2006 and 2007 manuals are spilt by topic. PITA.

I haven't tried to put them all together into one file yet. Is there a specific area you need right now?

Right now I am having to replace the fuel tank on the cruiser due to it leaking. I have been struggling with removing the drive/propeller shaft due to not being able to break the bolts loose on the rear differing connection and have been looking for torque specs to get an idea what I am up against. I am hoping that applying heat to these bolts will allow me to free them.
In general I plan on doing my own work on this vehicle and due to my nerdiness I like having manuals to ensure that I’m doing things the way the manufacturer intended so I would just assume have all of them.

I'm not going to try to put them all in one file, like I did for the EWD. You can combine them if you want.

They're all there; the section you want for the fuel tank is Engine/Hybrid System. Removal and installation starts on page 778 of 884. Torque specifications are in the General section. The rear propeller shaft (which is the one I assume you are trying to remove) is listed on pages 201 of 265 (that's the engine section) and page 246 of 265 (that's the propeller shaft section). I have no idea why it's listed twice. The bolt/nut torque you want is 78-lb·ft.

If it's the front shaft (the specs are on the same pages), you want 59-lb·ft instead.

I really dislike this format; it was designed specifically for the dealership mechanics to use on their laptops when they worked. I can only imagine what those keyboards look like.

The links in the pdf files are broken; they would work if you had access to TIS and were using that to view the manuals. If you reassemble the files into one file, you would be able to restore the links, but I'm not doing that. If I had a 2006, I would (maybe), but I don't.

Thank you for providing me with this information. As far as combining the pdfs, Preview on MacOS does this with a simple ordered drag and drop, so I wouldn’t have any problem with doing that if you could provide me with a archive, e.g. .zip, .tar, etc. of the files. I could also pdf2text the files and create a Opaki BM-25-based search mechanism to help me find the relevant sections in the documents based on whatever I know about what needs to be done.

I'd have to do the same work you have to...I don't have them assembled, or I'd have posted that.

Wow, this is such a great site! Thanks to whomever put this together. I use the 2003 service manual/wiring diagram for the 2005 model year, correct?

You're welcome, from the peanut gallery.

No, you use the 2005 manual. Why would you not?

Does it have to be the Lexus manual or can you use the 05 data found in the references in post 128?

As I understand it, there was no changes to the 03 to 05 lx470's. So why wouldn't I use the 03 shop manual instead of a 2005 land cruiser manual?

I don't know if that is true or not but usually the changes between models are options and therefore wiring related more often than not. So unless you are trying to repair an option that didn't exist in the previous model manual then you should still be ok. Generally torque specs etc don't change between years of the same model.
