Just wondering what I could do with the 100 between now and then. That dam truck surprises me all he time with what it can do.

Or we could bring the FJ40........

I want to go as well. We'll see.. 80 series or SOA FJ60! A month on the road!

Nice trip to make going through British Columbia, Yukon Territory and then Alaska.Get your self a copy of Milepost and Alaskan Camping by Mike and Terri Church. If you plan on taking gun get on Canadian web site to get which guns are legal. When you get to Canadian Customs tell them you are in transit to Alaska with gun and only going take four or five days.

Fingers crossed!
But if any of you intend taking a 40 that is tame enough to handle highways, I would recommend driving in it!
I had a blast driving the 8000kms back and forth in mine.

There is a bunch of us from the RMLCA here in Calgary that are hoping to make this trip too. Myself, an 1HZJ40, a SOA BtJ60. I'm excited already!

If all goes as planned I will have a SOA Fj62 fully locked with 35's, winch, snorkel already installed, etc... I'd love to do this trip!

Well, I'm working on a well-warmed 3FE :D An Aussie Locker and a Sawzall may be a year down the road.

The axles i bought come with bobbly long birfields. That may cause me to go to 37" tires if I get carried away. If I have to regear, might as well go big. The axles also come with rear disks so stopping is conceivable even at huge tire sizes. Only thing hurting will be the engine trying to move the tires.

I'll pull you up the dry hills* :flipoff2:

* assuming the top end work goes well

More wagons the better. We can have a 62 cruiser trek. :)

You will have to take a number.

Roscoe is riding with RockDoc. :D

 Dogs are always welcome in my truck, as long as they don't mind the rough ride.

were sleeping while we were driving the Sand Dunes at SnT in the FJ40.5.

I think a soothing ride in a 60 series with climate control would be a piece of cake.

Going SoA with F&R lockers. I think I may be able to bring my own truck in 2010.

DAnimal, are you planning on doing the Alaska trip with your project 45?

A trip down memory lane. (In an 80)

Thanks Bob..... :D

One trip I will NEVER forget!:)

Hopefully again, next time with my wife & father:steer:
