Yeah, it's pretty good. I think this is the "log" style manifold design. So, you use a piece of square tubing for the main chamber. Makes it easy to build.
Anyways, the kingly sum of a case of decent beer, and all this could be yours.

I took a long shot and put up a "wanted" ad on used victoria. I got a response the next day. It wasn't $20 deal.....Cheeseburger trades were not offered either but I did get a perfect turbo in good working order.
A turbo from a Volvo 740 is a really good fit and seem to be fairly available. (Thats what I used)

If you don't get the oil lines lordco sells them separately... vibrant performance I think.

No real updates yet, other than changing the calipers and re insuring it. I've been distracted by other projects... On the plus side I no longer have a volkswagen in my life to maintain. Katie sold her car and we got this. A 92 4runner, 22re 5 speed, fancy interior... Just needed a headgasket job. Got it for a good price anyway.
