incorrect, Zero trimming needed on 305/50 R20's, i had NO rubbing until i added spacers.
So the wheel well on the LC and LX are exactly the same as well as suspension height given AHC v. regular coils/shocks?

crazy1323 ... did you ever take any pictures of your tire setup?
Well, I got the crap Dunlop grantreks. The other oem tire for the lx is the Michelin lattitude and not the M/S2. Thus past snow storm left me wanting a better tire. I'm pretty sure I don't want to go with a 305 tire.
I've narrowed it down to the M/S2 for the stock 20 inch wheels. The come in 275/60/20
I run the ms2 275-65-20s on 2014 LX wheels in my Land Cruiser. They rub just slightly at full lock on the mud flaps. Not enough to bother me.
If it's going to bother you then go with the 275-55-20s. They be perfect.
The MS2s are fantastic a tires.

So, I just upgraded from a 2005 4Runner V8 and am the proud owner of a 2013 LX570. The 20" wheels and tires are ok for a mall cruiser, but I do get a bit of snow during the winter. Would hate to be stuck on the highway during commutes. Any recommendations on a more versatile tire? I had Revos on my 4runner, but tires in the 20 range are limited.
The LX570 comes with 285/50 on 20" wheels. If I went a size up there's the BFG AT at 285/55/20. I'd hate to get a spare set of wheels to swap them every so often. Takes up way too much garage space.

So, if I went with the michelin ms/2 in 275/60/20 then I shouldn't have a problem? I like the 60 sidewall because it's a 114T load rating vs 111T for the 55. If you have 65 on there with slight rub, then 60 should work no problem. can anyone confirm?
thanks
Hi All,
First post here. Just bought a 2016 LX570 and thinking about changing the 21 inch wheels to 20 inch from the 2015 lx570 model.
My question: Has anyone tried the ms2 275-60-20s setup and if so does it rub and would you recommend it vs the ms2 275-55-20s.
Thanks all for an amazing forum
