Well, it's starting to look like a scam. I received the following response from the seller:

Thank you for your interest in my 1982 Toyota Land Cruiser the price is $14,000.
It’s in perfect condition, always garaged, no known problems, everything works as it should. Title is clear. I have it since 2006, Will pass the inspection without any problems.
I'm selling the truck for this price because I'm a sergeant in the United States Army and I’ve been sent to United Kingdom, Europe due to the refugees and migrants problem and I’ll stay here (in United Kingdom) for at least 1 year, so it has to go, unfortunately.
At the moment, the truck is in storage in North Dakota.
Let me know if you’re interested so I can explain you how we can do this deal. I'm responsible for shipping, delivery and handling to your location in any U.S. state.
Of course you can choose not to buy the truck if you do not like it. If is not as presented, would be within your rights to refuse the deal.

"Thanks for your service to our country. Your truck sounds great. I have the cash so no need for a loan.
I’m originally from North Dakota and still have a bunch of relatives there. Let me know where it is in storage and I will arrange for one of them to come by and take a look at it."
