Adjusting Headlamps on a LX450 ? Adjusters Broken ?? (1 Viewer)

I just picked up the 2016 Version of the LED 9006's from E-bay and WOW !! they make a big difference !!! After the install I need to adjust them down a bit and wanted to make sure I'm not missing something because I have NO movement with the top adjuster screw...

Bulb's that I installed:

Headlamp Assy. ( Not sure if the Toyota Headlamps are the same ? )

Top Adjusting Screw:

The Screw goes down to this:

I'm thinking this Adjuster is the Left to Right ??

So am I missing something or is the Adjuster broken ?

It seems to be a somewhat common problem. The gears get stripped/damaged and the adjuster screw just spins. There is a thread on here that describes taking the lamp assembly apart and repairing the gears. I ended up going the DEPO replacement route.

I didn't see bolt " C " which looks like it adjusts the Low beam side !!! I was adjusting bolt " A " which looks like it adjusts the High beam that was NOT on so maybe that's why I didn't see any Change !!!
