It’s been covered but I’m wondering if there is a favorite gauge style for vacuum? Auto meter has a dizzying variety of choices!

I was close to ordering the TM1 from engine watchdog. They don’t ship to the US anymore and it might be overkill with a refreshed cooling system. Does anyone know of an equivalent system available here?

I have the Autometer Z series gauges, vacuum, volt, water temp, oil pressure, in my FJ60. I've also used these in the FJ40 and the other FJ60. Mounting has been either in individual pods, or fabbed panel mount.

Z, Sport Comp, or Sport Comp II are what I've used. I have the 3-gauge pod mounted above my right knee. Vacuum, water temp, air:fuel.

Any chance you have a picture of the install location?

Judging by conditions here I was no doubt climbing a pass haha.

I painted the chrome surrounds for a couple of those gauges, but now my black paint is wearing off. I think the cheaper Z line on the left already had a black surround.

Thanks! Is your stock temp gauge active as well?

Autometer sport comp; Oil pressure, manifold vacuum, volts and two coolant temp. (one from the head and one from the water pump). Stock temp gauge still works too.

Autometer Z series gauges. The console was constructed from sections of another FJ60 dash. I have these set up so that the stock gauges are also functional, but also with line of sight while driving I watch the Autometer gauges more than the stock.
