Reconfiguring one of my bays and no longer need this one.
Housed in a climate-controlled space, like new condition. Operated 15-20 times.
Comes with (2) aluminum ramps, (3) plastic drip trays, (2) rubber chocks and (4) casters

They're $8000 plus tax and shipping.

The lift is fully-assembled currently. It will be much easier to move and reassemble having this as a reference.
I have assembled three of these lifts solo with moving dollies and a floor jack. It's heavy work, but not particularly difficult skill-wise.

8 foot Olhausen Pool table
This is a special edition. Premium 3 piece slate. Birds Eye maple rails. The entire body is maple.
Comes with balls and bridge.
Some minor marks on legs and apron.
This is not a typical cheap pool table on Craigslist, but I will price it like one.
$500 takes it, BUT it must be taken down and moved by professional movers. Non negotiable. And it's unrealistic to do this DIY anyway, since the felt has to be redone after the table is taken apart.

Obviously within reason, subject to existing conditions such as levelness and cracking.

Each post's foot pad is 1 sq foot, so the actual psi, even at max rated load plus weight of lift would be something around 11,000 lbs ÷ (4×144) = 19 psi.
It's really nothing.

Regarding the lift, I've been asked this more than one time on other sites:

Yes, I will absolutely assist with disassembly. No, I will not go to another location and re-assemble.

There really aren't that many parts since all the sub assemblies are already put together.

4 Posts. 4 post caps
The motor/reservoir/mount arm.
2 Runways.
2 crossbars.
Lock linkage
Accessories

And that's about it.
It's more about manpower than mechanical smarts.
The most fiddly and critical parts of assembly are the rods which connect all the safety dogs and getting the cables adjusted. Neither are rocket surgery.

I replaced the original cord on the power unit with a 15-16' 14 gauge cord.

He's working with the XLT model which is longer, wide and taller many hundreds of pounds heavier.
