Had AC pulley lock up, broke serpentine belt, replaced belt and AC compressor. Now front window motors wil not go up, HVAC panel, radio, dash lights and only passenger side headlights are out.

Waiting now to give it a look over. Reckon it is just fuses or something worse? Shouldn't the fuses protect it from frying any control module?

Thank you very much

My guess is the belt took out some wiring.

Have you checked any fuses?
The mechanic who replaced compressor said he checked fuses and all looked good. I have checked a bunch of them an all look good. I checked the 100 ALT and 140a at POS battery and ohms showed good.

Since my first post, the battery now will not charge by alternator. The LX has sat for a week waiting in part. My son has cranked it several times during the week so the battery WAS charging. After leaving mechanic he then drove one hour to me. And we have cranked it several times moving it from place to place. Then it decided to stop charging and not crank. It has been a progression of things not working. Sometimes two headlights work then only one. DRLs do not come on but brights do work.

Maybe as @Dirt J said, maybe wiring is damaged but I cannot see anything wrong looking from above. And I would think the mechanic would have noticed that but maybe he didn't look good enough. This is sure crazy.

Could the alternator pulley somehow have became damaged in this and messed up the internals (regulator?). Grasping at straws.

I guess it is possible but that alternator changed the battery six hours from Orlando to Columbus , GA. with bad AC pulley and after replacing with new belt. And driving with a lot of praying. Now over a week later after leaving mechanic it isn't charging. KA RAZY.

I think it's bc you finally changed your brake fluid.

Or it is not related at all to the AC pulley. (Or the brake fluid.)

That it, I'm out of ideas.

Good guess but I haven't changed fluid in that one yet. Thanks for your responses for sure.

The ALT 100a and 140a fusible link show good continuity with ohms meter. Sure thought they may be bad. Will continue to test other fuses and see if it will show any fault codes.

check the small fuse that's right there at the terminal block as well. Seems a long shot, but as terminal corrosion in that block seemed to be the culprit in my over-charging issue, I can also imagine that circuit causing an under- or no-charge condition as well.

as to the other electrical issues, I'd look around the passenger side of the engine bay under the intake and see if there's any large wiring loom or possibly a ground wire that may have been contacted/damaged by the belt when it broke...
