I had my AC retrofitted and leak checked a couple of years ago and all seemed well. However, I still seem to have a leak and it can't hold onto its refrigerant. I took it into another shop and it was passing all the pressure tests, so they refilled it, added some dye and sent me on my way. I took a look today under UV and it definitely looks like it's leaking. Is that from sort of seal/gasket/o-ring? If so, is this worth rebuilding/fixing? I hear getting a replacement unit is getting harder and harder to find. I'm cool with 4/55 AC most of the time, but there's a few days here in Seattle when you're sitting in traffic that AC drifts from nice to necessary.

There are 4 o-rings under that fitting. Check out page 5 on the attachment.
Thanks for sharing that, useful to know the compressor oil capacity as it's not listed in the FSM. I assume this 100 cc is for the compressor only, the condenser, receiver dryer and evaporator having separate quantities (40-50 cc, 10-20 cc, 40-50 cc according to the FSM)?
