My AC and HEATER SYSTEM, not the blower above the passenger's feet, turns off and on if i hit a bump.

If it's not blowing any air then it has to be related to the blower motor or it's controller circuit. Check the motor connections first (under the dash) then i would check it's fuse and relay. It wouldn't be a blown fuse but it's possible it could be loose. Find the relay and see if there is an identical one near it for something else (not related to the a/c system) then switch them and try the air out. Relays can stick when they age and it's a simple, pretty cheap fix.
