ac dash light bulb out (1 Viewer)

so i soldered in new led's in my dash ac control panel thingy and all the lights work great except the ac light. i traded led's multiple times with no luck and tested it with a multimeter and theres no voltage at the positive and negative spot where the bulb contacts go. and i traded back to a halogen so the polarity doesn't matter just so i can try to get it working. i looked in the manual for the 2004 land cruisers but it looks like they have a different set up. if anyone has any ideas on how to fix/test this please let me know. this is driving me crazy and i have no idea what to do..
