I've been mostly giving the 60 a well earned break the past couple of weeks, but the few times I've driven it instead of my pickup I've been reminded what a great rig the 60 is, and how much I love the sound of that turbo spooling.
Yesterday I drove it to my buddy's house and used his lift to rotate the tires around, and for the first time in my life, I decided to rotate the spare through. With my last set of tires, I wore down the Grabbers and still had one brand new one for a spare, and ended up giving it away.

It's been a boring few weeks since our Colorado adventure, and it's been a little depressing going back to the normal grind of working in a factory all week. Once you get comfortable living on the road and having epic adventures, normal life is kinda lame, haha.
We've had a few nice day trips to go hiking or swimming in cool places around Tennessee and Kentucky, as well as a couple of days spent checking out some local caves. Almost all of these trips have been done in the 60, and I find myself driving it to work at least half the time.
My rear locker has begun making more noise than it did previously, but it's only ever normal lunchbox locker behavior as far as I can tell. I'm hoping to get my birfs rebuilt in the next couple of months, so I'm also hoping I don't need to open the rear end back up anytime soon. We shall see.

Glad you made it to Dunbar Cave.

Too bad I was in Colorado at the time and couldn't meet up.
Sorry I couldn't convoy to Colorado with you! Lol I get out there every chance I get, and it's still not enough. Very glad you got a successful run out there in Mavis!

Driving home from work today I noticed my steering is starting to wobble again, and just feels sloppy. Got home and checked while my wife was wiggling the wheel, and sure enough, every single tie rod end except the 1 replaced before we left for Colorado has gotten loose and needs to be replaced. Sheesh.
They're out of stock with Cruiser Corp, who should I order them from?
