If you don't want it, I'll take it. Post in the 45 section and I'm sure it would be gone.

The original colour is probably white. The cab looks to be sprayed with rattle can primer. The box was probably replaced as Pimp says, or was removed and stored for a while.

The box looks to be in very good condition and tailgate looks straight as well. It is hard to see but (the box usually goes along the seam where the bed meets the side panels) there doesn't appear to be any rust on the side of the box. Looks to have the original split rims on it.

At the very least you would recover $1500 in parts. Go for it.

Where is this, I need just a snow plow blade to modify for use on my tractor loader assembly, oh and the FJ-45 would be an added bonus, I'll take it.

Long drive for me though, looks pretty good to me. Might even run, brakes and clutch may be the real issue.

To piece one back together will cost more than his asking price of 2k, I paid close to that for just the top alone, not to mention all of the other hard to find parts. If you decide not to do it, let us know.

I'd snag it at $2K. I'm not kidding.

I have seen plows like that before, not common, but they are just using a vacuum brake cylinder to actuate the plow. Not particularly valuable as far as a snow plow goes, and that's probably the biggest reason you don't see many of them around.

Again: get it. If you don't: definitely post it here. I probably would go pick that up if you passed on it for that price. I wouldn't use it as a snowplow though.

45s were only imported from ~'64 - '67 and it looks to be that vintage. BUY IT NOW, it's a great deal even if you part it out (if you do I get first dibs on the bed). The hood bumpers are '58 - '65.

I'd buy it...

but hey what do i know, this is my first post?:meh:

where is it at? lol I go pick it up. but most be like 215643516 miles away

Eric: MT is a long day drive. Two easy ones.

I went from the 45 run to Helena, on my way back to New Mexico.

So you don't have that excuse to use now. :flipoff2: But no worries, because I'll beat you there. I can call off sick so fast....

Jetboy...

Your next post had better start with..."Well, I went and picked it up last night..." or you will be:ban:

There are several of us on this site that have monstrous amounts of money tied up in a '45. The chance to start out w/ something that clean for $2k is damn near unheard of.

Buy it... or let one of us.
